Micromeritics Pharmaceutical Services Now Offers Both Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA) and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC)

Micromeritics Pharmaceutical Services (MPS) has recently added thermal analysis to its offerings with the addition of the TA Instruments Q5000 TGA and Q2000 DSC. These state-of-the-art instruments are recognized for their exceptional accuracy and sensitivity. MPS adds this capability to enhance its analytical chemistry services to the pharmaceutical industry while continuing to focus on pre-formulation material characterization.

“Thermal analysis is a natural addition to our service offerings. While many labs have thermal analysis capabilities, few have instruments with the sensitivity offered by the Q2000 DSC and Q5000 TGA. What I like about these new instruments is their versatility and capability. The DSC can operate in traditional DSC mode or modulated DSC mode for more sensitivity. The TGA has the best specifications of any instrument on the market,” says Adam Keith of Micromeritics Pharmaceutical Services. “This is simply another step forward in our commitment to expanding our expertise and providing our customers with the best analytical chemistry services in the business.”
